Ashjyoti Foundation was incorporated as a non-profit company with the singular mandate of fostering humane care, institutional accountability, and emergency relief for distressed animals across urban and rural corridors of Delhi-NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh.
Through our flagship initiative PashuRescue, we combine on-ground emergency first-response with planned permanent sanctuary infrastructure, scientific animal birth control, anti-rabies vaccination grids, avian trauma surgery, and public transparency.

As a Section 8 licensed non-profit company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Ashjyoti Foundation operates under strict statutory fiduciary guidelines. No portion of profits or contributions is paid by way of dividend or bonus to promoters.
Every rupee received from public supporters, gaushala members, and CSR partners is utilized exclusively toward animal rescue dispatch, veterinary treatments, green fodder, and planned sanctuary infrastructure.
