Ashjyoti Foundation operates exclusively for charitable animal welfare under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (PCA Act) and the guidance of the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI). No commercial products, commercial services, equity returns, or private profits are offered on this platform.

3. SOS Animal Distress Reporting Integrity

• Authenticity of Reports: Citizens submitting animal distress reports via our online SOS desk or emergency helpline must provide accurate, truthful information, valid contact details, and precise location landmarks/GPS coordinates.
• Prohibition on Malicious Alerts: Submitting false, prank, or fraudulent animal rescue calls diverts life-saving veterinary ambulances from genuine critical trauma cases. Falsified submissions constitute an offense under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Prohibited User Activities

Users accessing this portal agree not to:

• Deploy automated scraping scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers without prior written authorization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin consoles, volunteer dashboards, or member databases.
• Circumvent or probe system authentication mechanisms, OTP limits, or rate-limiting firewalls.
• Misuse Ashjyoti Foundation trademarks, logos, or rescue documentation for unauthorized fundraising.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, architectural blueprints (including the 2000 Sq. Yard Dadri Gaushala Sanctuary masterplan), case documentation, veterinary guides, logos, and custom portal source code are the intellectual property of Ashjyoti Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-publication is strictly prohibited.

6. Emergency Rescue Response Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While Ashjyoti Foundation strives to provide immediate response across Delhi-NCR through its dedicated ambulance fleet and volunteer grid:

• Emergency response times are subject to prevailing traffic conditions, geographic proximity, weather events, and real-time ambulance capacity.
• Triage prioritization is determined solely by our veterinary coordinators based on clinical severity and life-threat indicators.
• Ashjyoti Foundation and its directors, officers, and volunteers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed rescue access caused by force majeure events or road obstructions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute arising out of website usage or non-profit programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
