How Contributions Are Utilized
1. Direct Project Allocation: Donations received for specific campaigns are allocated directly toward verified procurement of feed, medical consumables, vehicle modifications, veterinary stipends, and shelter construction.
2. Contingency & Surplus Protocol: If a campaign exceeds its target or project requirements evolve, surplus resources are applied to closely related emergency animal welfare activities under the foundation's approved objects.
3. Auditability: Comprehensive financial reports, project milestones, and utilization audits are published regularly in our public transparency repository.
